OONI OF IFE'S WIFE AT AAFIN ILU

The wife of the Ooni of Ife, Olori Aderonke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi, paid a royal visit to Aafin Ilu as part of the preparations for the upcoming Ayan Agalu Festival, set to be held in Ile-Ife on July 17th and 18th, 2024.

Olori Aderonke, who also serves as the Vice Chairman of The House of Oduduwa Foundation, is widely known for her unrelenting promotion of Yoruba arts and culture. It was a pleasure for us all to host her and her entourage at Aafin Ilu. She was thrilled to finally tick Aafin Ilu off her bucket list and can't wait to visit again.

The royal visit also provided an opportunity for the Queen to review the planning and preparations for the festival with Prince Adewale Laoye, Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee for the Ayan Agalu Festival 2024.

It was indeed a memorable day.
