0:29 Marinate the Boneless Chicken Cubes with Yogurt, spices, ginger garlic paste & Lemon juice
1:30 Just before Frying, Add Cornstarch, All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda and Half beaten Egg

2:14 Insert into Skewers or Fry/Grill as it is
2:47 Pan Fry the Skewers in Oil on Low Heat till Golden on both sides

INGREDIENTS
250gm Boneless Chicken Breast cubes
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
2 Tablespoon Yogurt/Thick Curd
1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala ( or Tandoori masala)
Just before frying
1 Tablespoon All purpose Flour/Maida
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda/1 Teaspoon Rice Flour, optional for crispiness
Half of a beaten Egg
Onion, Red & Green Bell Peppers Cubed
METHOD
1. Cut Boneless Chicken into cubes of even size. Pat Dry after washing. Add Salt, Lemon juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Kashmiri Chili, Red Chili, Garam Masala and Yogurt. Mix Well. Marinate for atleast 20 Minutes or overnight refrigerated airtight.
2. Just before Frying, Add All Purpose Flour, Cornstarch, Baking Soda and Half of a Beaten Egg.
3. Cut some Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers Cubes. Mix them with the marinade.
4. Insert into skewers alternating with the Chicken and the Veggies. Shallow fry till Golden brown on both sides on Low Heat. These can also be grilled in the Oven or barbecued. Brush with Oil while frying.
5. Serve them Hot with Rice or your favorite Chutney.
