Salaams! I hope everyone is staying safe with the madness of the Coronavirus/COVID19. I was looking forward to visiting LA next week but I am taking all precautions!

Burgers are generally a favorite meal to eat, finding Halal burgers is a mission in itself, finding a GOOD Halal burger adds another layer of challenges. I discovered Urban Skillet many years ago during a visit to the Los Angeles area. At first, I felt there were some areas of improvement. As I visited over the course of over 5 years as it transitioned ownership, I was pleased that my experiences had become better each time. My go to Burger is the Southern BBQ Burger however I have tried the Truffle Burger as well! I tried the wings and skillet fries, a nice compliment to the burger. I wanted to spend more time trying the different burgers for you but my stomach's capacity was running on FULL! After all, I do eat all of my food and try not to waste any of it!
