Unboxing our New April Brewer Pour Over Kit | Coffee with April

This week, we're revealing the contents of our latest product launch, the April Brewer Pour Over Kit.

It's been a long process, with the initial ideas for this design beginning 3 years ago. The prototypes went from Copenhagen to Belo Horizonte before eventually making it to Boston where it earned us a Silver Medal and the highest Cup Score in the Competition, and we're finally ready to ship this final design out to the supporters of our Kickstarter project.

In this episode of Coffee with April, we unbox the brewer and show you what you can expect to find inside, before demonstrating a simple brew recipe that we feel best highlights the features of this pour over kit.

- 12g - 200g
- 92°C Water
- 50g Circle Pour / 50g Center Pour - (0:00)
- 50g Circle Pour / 50g Center Pour - (0:45)
- Total Brew Time - (2:30)

We used a Commandante grinder, on a relatively coarse grind setting for this brew. The setting was 32 clicks, or a medium/coarse grind when using an alternative coffee grinder.
