Getting to Lake Minnewanka by Public Transport I Lake Minnewanka Cruise.

Getting to Lake Minnewanka by Public Transport, route 6, takes approximately 25 minutes from Downtown Banff. The bus leaves every 30 minutes, and it stops along the way (Johnson Lake, Two Jack Lakeside Campground, Two Jack Day Use Area, and Lake Minnewanka look out).
The service starts in late May and runs until late September.

The cost is $2 or free returns with cruise tour ticket (2022). All Roam buses are wheelchair accessible.

Lake Minnewanka Cruise is Banff National Park Sightseeing. See the Rocky Mountain from different perspective in this one hour interpretive cruise. The classic cruise (1 hour) is $75/adult and $48.75/child. Banff Combo Package includes Banff Gondola and Lake Minnewanka Cruise for $97/adult and 63.05/child (2022).
