Today we are joined with the legend and black metal pioneer Ihsahn (of Emperor!) around his new self titled solo album that is an absolute cinematic soundscape that combines the influences orchestral film scores, story telling, and his natural expression of extreme metal. Ihsahn has a brilliant mind and authentic approach to his creative process since he set out on his musical journey in the early 90's. It was an absolute pleasure to pick his brain, learn about his philosophies of being an artist, and lets us know after all these years "Is he still having fun making music?"
