Ducati 748S Engine Refresh Part 1- Prior poor workmanship found within!!!

Hi Everyone,
A new engine project has entered my hands, a 1999 Ducati 748S engine that requires a full rebuild for the owner who has just added the bike to his collection and wants to bring it as close to an "As New" standard as possible.

In this video I strip the engine apart as I work to break the engine down to component form so the owner can get all the cases and cover repainted.

There is a prime example found in this engine of not using the correct tools for the job, be interested to hear you opinions on what I find

There may be modifications to this engine once the owner decides on what he wants to get from the bike when it is completed, as well as all new consumable component replacement in the engine.
