Many fear that a surge of foreclosures are coming in the second half of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and such a large percentage of homeowners unable to pay their mortgage. Is this just fearmongering, or is there any truth to these claims? In this video, I go over many of the current misconceptions people have about the marketplace.
