GotBot Counts Down: The Top and Bottom 10 Most Obscure Transformers Characters

This time I count down the top and bottom 10 most obscure Transformers characters, as voted on by fans all across social media. However, this list is somewhat different. Being as how we are talking about obscure characters, it would seem odd that those with the most votes would be the most obscure. As such, I am going to present the traditional list as per he votes and follow that up with a second list of ten characters who got no votes at all, so obscure are they that no one even picked them.
