SABIR Overview: Force Composition

Today we are going to show you how to create interactive metrics and dashboards in IPPS-A’s Service for Analytics and Business Intelligence Reports, otherwise known as SABIR. HR Professionals may use the SABIR tile to access data in three categories: Force Composition, Unit Strength & Readiness, and Enterprise.

For this replay we will show you the Force Composition Category. Force Composition provides a view of Member Characteristics – for example rank, EMPLID, and Unit Identification Code – within a Member’s UIC Hierarchy.
