You Can’t Do This Alone Starting Location
This mission starts in front of the Lost Lake Compound.
Deacon wants to head out just with Boozer, but the majority of Iron Mike’s, Copeland’s and Tucker’s Camp join in on the fight.
The cutscene ends with the blown-up gate of Crater Lake. Now, we need to head into action!

Fight Your Way into the Ark
The first dozen enemies will be right in front of you. Take cover at the burnt down house and slowly move forward, using other obstacles to protect yourself.
One Brute will also be amongst the enemies. Make sure to attack him mostly, when he stops shooting for a while.
Fight your way up to the Gallows-area, always staying in cover and picking out the enemies, one by one.
The entrance to the Ark will be blown up, so we need to head up the whole mountain-pathway.

Clear all Militia
In the first guard tower, there will be a sniper, which is hard to kill from this distance, if you don’t happen to have a sniper-rifle on you yourself.
However, there is one located on the back of a truck next to the Gallows. Use this to clear him out.
While there are a lot of explosives along the way, which can be to your benefit, you want to make sure to blow them all up as you move along. They can turn against you very quickly, if the next wave of enemies spawn and shoot them while you are close!
The rest of the mission has a very similar pattern: Staying in cover and shooting, making sure to cover all sides and not getting flanked in the process.
You know the drill by now: If you see a new wave of enemies, hide and take them out one after another.
At the top of the hill, there will be two Brutes and a Sniper. They can not be seen from the entrance, so you need to proceed into the area itself. Mind the explosives and use them against the enemies or shoot them, if you want to get into cover close to them.
Disarm the Explosives
Once the enemies on top of the hill are gone, a cutscene will play where Soldiers will plant explosives to seal up the top entrance as well. They are all marked on the map and can be easily defused.

Get to the Colonel’s Chamber
Mind all the narrow twists and turns inside the Ark. Enemies can come from multiples sides.

After a short time, a cutscene with Skizzo and Weaver will play.

This concludes the You Can’t Do This Alone Story Mission in Days Gone and transitions seamlessly into the final Mission For An Outlaw Biker.
