NAVHDA Utility Test - Versatile Hunting Dog Training

This video demonstrates some of the trials and lessons learned on the road to prepare my #Pudelpointer for the #NAVHDA Utility Test. Although not a professional dog trainer I have learned a considerable amount by attending many of the chapter's Training Days. This is the first and only #BirdDog I have trained for any test.

The purpose of this video is to provide an overview of how the Utility Test works and what to expect for the do-it-yourself dog trainer. Although it will demonstrate some of the mistakes I've made, hopefully it will also provide some helpful insight on training your dog if you're preparing your dog for the NAVHDA UT Test.
