Dr. Currier: Miami Cancer Institute's Cancer Patient Support Center is a department that’s dedicated to taking care of the physical, emotional and social needs of our cancer patients as they go through their cancer journey.

Dr. Mehta: And also to recover a lot of functions they may have lost during cancer surgery, radiation or chemotherapy.

Dr. Mendez: Once they’re done with treatment, life goes on. And you have to see how you’re going to adjust to that new life now that you’re a survivor. So we have an incredible survivorship program to also address those needs.
