Ms. Block already voted through something that will cause added taxes to the entire City for the new ARENA! Why doesn't she acknowledge this fact? Pretending that this project is "on a shelf" is another obviously untrue statement. Finding out that her pet project was less than popular is the only reason for her sudden attempt to reverse her position on the DEED and new ARENA.
