coconutmilkpudding𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Dry Coconut(सूखा नारियल) - 1 Piece
Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Bowl
Milk(दूध) - 4 Cup
Ghee(घी) - 4 Spoon
Almond(बादाम) - For Garnishing

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Take Dry Coconut & chop it into slices. Put it into a mixer jar & grind well. Then take out the ground Dry Coconut on a plate & mix some grated Dry Coconut. Keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame & put the ground Coconut. Dry roast it on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes. Take out the roasted Coconut on a plate & keep it to cool down. Heat the heavy bottom httppan gently & put the Sugar in it. Stir continuously till the Sugar caramelizes into a light golden color. Then put Milk & boil it well. When the Milk is boiled properly then put Dry Coconut & stir occasionally until it becomes thick. Then gradually put Ghee & cook on a high flame & make it dry. Cook till Ghee releases the sides & turn the flame off. Then pour the prepared mixture into a greased plate/tray. Spread evenly using a spatula. Let it cool down for 3-4 hours or overnight to room temperature. Then de-mold the Mithai & cut Burfi into square-shaped pieces using a knife or spatula. Garnish the Burfi with finely chopped Dry Fruits and enjoy. In this way, Tasty & Amazing Nariyal Barfi will get ready at home easily.
