Cheap Waterproof Fountain Pen Ink? - Baoke MS 214 Black Ink + Painting Demo

I had been looking for some permanent black ink that was suitable for my fountain pen for quite a while but had always been put off by the price of the well known brands as I don't use ink all that often. Luckily for me another friend on YouTube told me about this Baoke PURE MS214 ink that is supposed to be waterproof and is about 1/3 the price of the better known brands.
So is this ink a cheap solution or is it a case of 'you get what you pay for'?
