***(If you live in a different state, feel free to use this formal withdraw letter as a reference for forming your own letter in case your state requires a formal withdraw letter but does not offer one. Each state is slightly different! Please do your due diligence in looking into the proper way to formally withdraw your child from public schools for your state!!)
