Cara cek jalur kabel pengapian motor suzuki smash Dari Spul Cdi dan Kiprok.
Langkah pertama kita harus tau dulu fungsi dan arti warna kabelnya yaitu:
1.kabel putih gatis merah adalah sebagai arus pengisian dari spul jalan yang masuk labgsubg ke soket kiprok di atas kanan,pastokan harus ada arusnya.
2.kabel kuning garis putih adalah sebagai arus penerangan dari spul jalan dan langsung masuk ke soket kiprok di bawah kiri dan nantinya akan dikeluarkan lagi arus lampunya dengan kabel kuning tersebut dan masuk ke saklar on of lampunya.dan pastikan harus ada arusnya.
3.kabel hitam garis putih adalah sebagai masa atau ground nya kiprok dan pastikan harus terpasang atau tersambung ke bodi motor.Apabila masanya kiprok dengan kabel hitam garis putih tidak tersambung ke bodi atau rangka motor maka lampu akan cepat mati dan pengisian aki tidak akan normal dan menyebabkan aki akan drop tekor dan mati.
4.kabel merah di soket bawah kan kiprok adalah arus keluaran kiprok yang menuju ke aki plus dan akan tersambung juga masuk ke kunci montak dan pastikan harus ada arusnya.apabila tidak ada arusnya dikabel merah bawah kanan keluaran kiprok maka dipastikan kiproknya yang rusak.dengan syarat baut aki plusnya atau sikringnya harus dilepas dulu.
5.kabel hijau garis putih adalah negatifnya pulser yang langsung masuk ke cdi di bawah kiri.
6.kabel biru garis kuning adalah sebagai positifnya pulser dan langsung masuk ke cdi di kanan atas.
7.kabel hitam garis putih di soket cdi diatas tengah sebagai masanya cdi dan pastikan harus terpasang ke bodi atau rangka motor.
8.kabel warna orange adalah arus keluaran aki 12 volt setelah kunci kontak dan pastikan harus ada arusnya di soket cdi dibawah kiri.
9.kabel putih garis biru adalah sebagai arus keluaran dari cdi yang menuju ke koil pastikan harus ada arusnya.
Dan apabila tidak ada kunci kontaknya maka bisa disambungkan kabel merah dari kiprok dengan kabel warna orange yang ada di cdi.

The black and white line cable is the period or ground for the kiprok and make sure it must be attached or connected to the motor body. cause the battery will drop overdrawn and die. 4. the red cable in the lower socket of the kiprok is the current output from the kiprok which goes to the battery plus and will also be connected to the fuse and make sure there must be current. the battery plus bolt or fuse must be removed first. 5. green wire white line is the negative pulser which goes directly to the cdi on the bottom left. 6. The blue wire, the yellow line, is the positive pulser and goes directly to the CDI on the top right. 7. black and white line cable in the cdi socket above the middle as the time for cdi and make sure it must be attached to the body or motor frame. 8. The orange cable is the 12 volt battery output current after the ignition and make sure there must be a current in the cdi socket below the left. 9. the white wire, the blue line, is the output current from the CDI that goes to the coil, make sure there must be a current. And if there is no ignition key, you can connect the red cable from the Kiprok with the orange cable on the CDI.
