In this video I diagnose a real performance issue where the UI becomes unresponsive.The cause of the issue is diagnosed using the Browser Developer Tools and Task Manager. These type of issues are difficult for ServiceNow to diagnose because the operations that cause them are executed on the customer's machine and therefore less visible to ServiceNow. Learning these skills can be very helpful for customers because without them, these type of issues often go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed and can reoccur.
