While he might not be on the same level as Crash Bandicoot, the ever-brash, ever-heroic Purple Dragon Spyro has won the world over multiple times with his original trio of games on the original Playstation. While his future would take some rocky twists and turns in the jump to the PS2, the release of the Reignited Trilogy, as well as the return of Spyro's original VA Tom Kenny, has "reignited" people's love for the young dragon, and it's not surprising that this love also extends to people wanting him in Smash as well.

Having been a talking point since even the days of Brawl, it's finally time for the Wisecracking Firestarter to get his time to shine here on this channel. So, what are we waiting for? Let's toast those Gnasty Gnorcs!
