In this video drum lesson I explore a simple drum solo concept using triplet phrasing. The idea is to learn individual phrases, which are themselves very easy, and then to combine them together indefinitely.

This approach allows you to play fluid and musical drum solos and drum break phrases without the need to memorise dozens of licks and patterns.
