Walking the Camino solo vlog, 5 day Camino from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela

In this video, I will share my journey of walking the Camino solo. The Camino consists of different walking routes that lead to the city of Santiago de Compostela to the tomb of St James. You may also hear the Camino referred to as "the way of St James".

For my journey, I will start in the town of Sarria and walk for five days to the city of Santiago de Compostela. The Camino route is about 800km and can take over a month to do, so for my first time, I put aside a week, and I will walk approx 120km.

Each day walked around 22 - 25 km through the prettiest rural areas of Northern Spain.

While many people walk the Camino for spiritual reasons, some do it to connect with nature, have an adventure, for physical and emotional reasons, and of course, to have fun. It is the perfect place to gather your thoughts and unplug from our busy world.
