This stage introduces Xu Shu, who got around quite a bit before finally ending up in a main installment. He technically has never gotten an outfit change despite coming from the DW7 era, sort of like how Jiang Wei and Daqiao kept their Multiraid 2 outfits for DW7.

Oh he's also really friggin' good. His musous alone make him pretty broken, particularly his R1 musou that just rains down arrows for way longer than it should. He can rack up Storm Rush really fast but he doesn't even need it as his moveset is good enough on its own and being really good for speed and combos.
