Ingredients:-
Milk (Doodh) - 1 Glass / 250 ml
Dry Dates (Chuara) - 2 pieces
Raisins (Kishmish) - 4
Almonds (Badam) - 4
Turmeric (Haldi) - 1/4 tbsp

Dry Dates and Raisins are a very rich source of Iron and Calcium.
Drinking Dry Dates and Raisins milk in winters helps boost the immunity and makes the Bones & Muscles Stronger.
One must drink this milk everyday at night before bedtime, especially Children.
