Tripping Kosher: Montrose Bowl, Montrose, CA

We dropped a great video today but unknown to us they dropped their kosher certification last week. So watch the video, just don't eat there.

As at the time we visited, Montrose Bowl offered a delicious vegan fast-food experience that’s fully Kosher. We started with the classic fast food fries—crispy, golden, and just right. Alongside the fries was the plant-based double-stack burger. With two juicy patties, plant cheese, and all the classic burger fixings, you'd never guess it's vegan. Imagine enjoying a cheeseburger while keeping Kosher at a bowling alley—pretty awesome, right?

Then came the mac and cheese vegan chicken sandwich. Kosher laws typically don't allow mixing meat and dairy, but here, it's all plant-based. This sandwich, with perfectly crispy vegan chicken and gooey mac and cheese, hits all the right notes.

And the star of this show? The vegan burrito. Packed with plant-based protein and fresh veggies, it’s bursting with classic California flavors. The fact that it was both vegan and Kosher made it even more impressive.

Montrose Bowl was not just for vegans or Kosher keepers—it was for anyone who loves good food and a good time. Whether you're here to bowl or chow down on some tasty eats, this spot delivered an unforgettable experience.
