This was my second time to use the new plasma torch. I cut the 24ga. Plate into 6” strips. Welded two strips together to get the length needed. Borrowed and traced 3 1/2” letters. HAND CUT the letters out with Plasma torch. Pre rusted the Carbon Steel. Tacked on the 1 1/2” #10 bolts. Marked and drilled holes thru the aluminum backing for stand-off bolts. Clear coated the aluminum to prevent oxidizing. Bolted it all together. Added a short strip of water proof self sticking back leds. Leds are 12volt.
