The Prophetic Drink is an excellent option for suhoor (pre-dawn meal) increases energy, mental clarity, and hydration. Hands down, it’s the best suhoor I have which gives me the much-needed energy and hydration to get through the day. What’s your favorite suhoor?

1. 7 ajwa dates from Madinah (PF)
2. 8-12 ounces water (PF)
3. Splash of Zam Zam water (PF)
PF = Prophetic inspired foods

1. Before Maghrib take 7 ajwa dates place in 8-12 ounces water.
2. Let soak overnight at room temperature.
3. At suhoor time remove the ajwa from the water (set them aside).
4. Drink the date water (amazing).
5. Eat the 7 ajwa dates (as a healing, energy, and protection).
6. Another option is put the ajwa dates in the blender with watermelon making a frothy smoothie.

If you don't have ajwa dates use 50-100 grams of any other type of dates or raisins.

When embraced and honored as one of the great sunnahs of the Prophet (ﷺ), it pulls down healing (Shifa), blessings and mercy from the treasures of Allah.
