How to check the oil level on your Ferrari Dry-Sump Motor.

1. The motor must be at running temperature…. i.e after a run.
2. Start engine – Go through the check sequence before using the starter with your foot on the brake.
3. Open the engine cover.
4. Undo the oil filler cap/dip-stick holder.
5. Clean off oil from the dip-stick.
6. Re-do oil filler cap/dip-stick holder.
7. Undo oil filler cap/dip-stick holder and check the level is between the upper and lower safe levels – Normal level is to the upper end of the two safe level markers.
8. Re-do Oil Filler Cap/Dip Stick holder firmly.
