Hi , here we have a video of the exhaust and inlet manifold fitment to the engine . Please note that tappet gap should be 20 thou not 30 as stated and also bolts instead of studs would NOT help the removal of the manifold I have a tractor which has bolts and when I double checked they in fact foul on the top water pipe casting so the fan shaft and the top hose DOES have to be removed so as to be able to remove the manifold regards David .
