Bhetki Tomato Curry Recipe is one of my favourite Bengali Fish Recipes.
আজকের ভিডিওতে আমি দেখাবো কীভাবে খুব সহজে ও স্বাদে অপূর্ব টমেটো ভেটকি মাছের কারি বানানো যায়। এই রেসিপি একেবারেই প্রথাগত বাঙালি রান্না, যেখানে ভেটকি মাছের নরম স্বাদ টমেটোর টক ঝাল ঝোলে মিশে তৈরি হয় অসাধারণ স্বাদ।

👉 সহজ উপকরণে, অল্প সময়ে তৈরি করুন পারফেক্ট ভেটকি মাছের টমেটো ঝোল।
🍛 Best served with: ভাত (steamed rice)।

🐟 Ingredients (উপকরণ)

Bhetki Fish (ভেটকি মাছ) – 700 gm
Tomato (টমেটো) – 3 (finely chopped/purée)
Onion (পেঁয়াজ) – 1 medium (sliced)
Green Chilies – 3-4
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Mustard Oil – 3-4 tbsp
Butter - 2tsp
Salt – taste অনুযায়ী
Fresh Coriander Leaves – garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions (রান্নার প্রণালী)

ভেটকি মাছ পরিষ্কার করে লবণ ও হলুদ মেখে ১০ মিনিট রেখে দিন।
কড়াইতে সরিষার তেল গরম করে মাছ হালকা ভেজে তুলে নিন।
একই কড়াইতে পেঁয়াজ, কাঁচা লংকা ও আদা-রসুন বাটা দিয়ে ভাজুন।
টমেটো কুচি দিয়ে কষান যতক্ষণ না তেল আলাদা হয়।
হলুদ, লাল লংকা গুঁড়ো দিয়ে নাড়ুন। সামান্য জল দিয়ে ঝোল তৈরি করুন।
এখন ভাজা মাছগুলো ওই ঝোলে দিয়ে ঢেকে দিন এবং ৮–১০ মিনিট সেদ্ধ করুন।
শেষে ধনেপাতা ছিটিয়ে দিন।
হয়ে গেলো অসাধারণ স্বাদের Tomato Bhetki Curry।
