The Turtles' vacation is interrupted when Shredder kidnaps April O'Neil and makes Manhattan Island float. In the third NES game of the series, the Turtles have special attacks that differ in power and speed. The special attack consumes one life point, however, unless there is only one life point remaining.

Geesk, GJJJGJJJ and aiqiyou improve the previous TAS (http://tasvideos.org/3979M.html) by 24.64 seconds, thanks to better optimisation.
