DUTCH OVEN “GUMBO” or “JAMBALAYA” ?

CAMP COOKING | DUTCH OVEN “GUMBOLAYA” | CAST IRON WEDNESDAY

Today I’m making “GUMBOLAYA” in a LODGE cast iron DUTCH OVEN. I’m not sure if it is a real thing, but this is a gumbo and jambalaya combination I decided to try out for my own Mardis Gras party in the woods.

I made all the steel cooking stuff myself.
