➡️ Steps :-
For the Kadhi preparation :-
1) In a bowl add 1 cup Curd, 1 tbsp Besan, ½ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds, ½ tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Salt
2) Combine well
3) Add 4 cup water and mix
4) Heat 1 tbsp Ghee in Kadhai
5) Splutter 1 tsp Cumin seeds, ½ tsp Fenugreek, ¼ tsp peppercorn, 2 dry red Chilli
6) Add in 1 sliced Onion and pinch of Hing. Fry until hing changes into brownish colour
7) Add in prepared curd mixture. Stir and cook on medium flame for 10-15 min or until kadhi reaches a nice boil
8) Cover and cook for next 25-30 min, oil should separate and kadhi reduces and thickens in consistency
For the Pakoda :-
9) In a bowl add 2 thinly sliced Onion, 2 chopped green chilli
10) Add in ½ tsp Ajwain, 1 tsp crushed coriander, ½ tsp Red chilli powder, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Salt, ½ cup Besan, pinch of Baking soda, 1 tsp Aamchur powder
11) Mix them well
12) Sprinkle some water and bind the mixture
13) Deep fry in hot oil, on low to medium flame until light golden in colour
14) Remove the pakoda and let it cool
15) Again slash fry the Pakoda ( add in hot oil and immediately remove the Pakodas )
16) Add in chopped coriander leaves and Pakodas in Kadhi. Simmer for 2-3 min
For the Tadka :-
17) Heat 1 tbsp Ghee
18) Splutter ½ tsp Cumin seeds, pinch of heeng, ½ tsp crushed coriander, 2 dry red chilli and ½ tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
19) As the cumin seeds crackle immediately add tadka on kadhi
20) Serve Kadhi Pakoda with rice and Enjoy!!
