I decided to make an experiment to feed my discard with regular kitchen flour every time I'm feeding my starter. This is to maintain the discard fermentation and prevent forming hooch on the top of my discard.

For 2 sourdough discard bread, you will need:
500 grams bread flour
300 grams water, lukewarm
530 grams sourdough discard (100% hydration bread flour and whole wheat flour)
15 grams fine sea salt
15 grams black sesame seeds (optional)
