Chäligang (via Ferrata) - Engstligenalp - Hinter Engstligen - Bündihore

Am 16.-17. Juni 2023 waren wir wieder unterwegs, dieses mal mit unserer 2 Zimmerwohnung auf vier Rädern, dem Dacia Dokker mit Innenausbau und Dachzelt.
Die Reise ging ins Berner Oberland. Das Ziel war die Engstligenalp, in der Nähe von Adelboden. Auf dem Plan stand den Klettersteig "Chäligang" zu erklimmen, welcher unterhalb der Gondelbergstation beim Entschligefäll endet. Der Klettersteig hat eine Schwierigkeitsstufe A/B, ideal nach unserer ersten Lektion im Klettersteig von Moutier (siehe Video in meinem Kanal). Nach dem Ablegen der Kletterausrüstung und einer kleinen Stärkung ging es hinauf zur Engstligenalp. Eine herrliche Bergkulisse. Weiter ging es Richtung Hinter Engstligen mit Blick auf die imposante Wand/Schlucht des Bündihore (2039m.ü.M). Talwärts hinab auf schmalem, steinigem Weg, welcher Trittsicherheit verlangt (aus Vorsicht nicht mehr gefilmt), zu unserem Startpunkt, der Talstation der Gondelbahn (Unter dem Birg). Wir starteten unsere ca. 9km lange Tour um 08:30 Uhr und waren um ca. 14:30 Uhr wieder zurück. ES WAR SENSATIONELL!

On 16-17 June 2023 we were on the road again, this time with our 2 room apartment on four wheels, the Dacia Dokker with interior and roof tent.
The journey went to the Bernese Oberland. The destination was Engstligenalp, near Adelboden. The plan was to climb the via ferrata "Chäligang", which ends below the gondola mountain station at Entschligefäll. The via ferrata has a difficulty level A/B, ideal after our first lesson in the via ferrata of Moutier (see video in my channel). After taking off the climbing equipment and a little refreshment, we went up to Engstligenalp. A wonderful mountain scenery. We continued towards Hinter Engstligen with a view of the imposing wall/gorge of Bündihore (2039m.a.s.l.). Downhill on a narrow, stony path, which requires surefootedness (not filmed for caution), to our starting point, the valley station of the gondola (Unter dem Birg). We started our approx. 9km long tour at 08:30 and were back at approx. 14:30. IT WAS SENSATIONAL!
