Havoc Demon Hunter NEEDS Help! How Would I Fix it?

So if people have been keeping up with my content, its no secret that i've been pretty vocal about the direction of Havoc. There's just currently a lot of things that just straight up don't work, arent fun, or are just problematic. My issues arent really with SD/Cycle being the primary build, although i would like for inertia to be closer than 10% behind, but are more so just with the design of our Hero Trees and the design of our class trees.
