Transforming tyres into TDF with TANA Shark 440DTeco

Shredding tyres to a very homogeneous 80 mm / 3″ particle size in just one pass and separating most of the metals during the shredding process is possible with TANA high-torque shredders.

To make ready TDF in single pass, TANA Shark 440DTeco shredder features an HD door and 44-knife HD+ rotor, providing the ideal configuration for shredding car tyres in particular.

A single process turns waste materials into particles with the ideal size for incineration. The particle size is consistent and the flow of materials continuous. The shredder is equipped with a 90-millimetre screen, which enables the metals in the tyres to be recovered cleanly and precisely.
