Wasy Quick & Tasty Microwave Besan Burfi In 5 Minutes:

• 1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (See note Below)
• 1 1/2 Cup Besan Or Chick Pea Flour (Sifted)
• 1/2 Cup Ghee
• 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Seeds Crushed

Method:


1) Take a large microwave safe dish, add ghee and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute or until the ghee has melted.
2) Take a small tray or dish and grease it with the melted ghee using a pastry brush and put it aside.
3) Add besan to the remaining ghee and mix it well. Cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes stirring it well at 1 minute intervals.
4) After 5 minutes, give it a quick mix, add crushed cardamom seeds , mix it well and let it cool for 5 minutes.
5) After 5 minutes, add powdered sugar and mix it well.
6) Pour it into the greased tray and spread it evenly. Use the back of a spoon to flatten it. Let it cool down for 30 minutes.
7) before cutting it into any shape you like.
8) After 30 minutes, cut it into any shape or size you like.
9) Cover it with a plastic wrap and let it set for 1 hour before taking the pieces out of the tray.
10) Enjoy.

Tips:
1) Left over Besan Burfi can be stored in a sealed container .
2) If you are in a hurry, then you can cover the burfi, put the burfi in the fridge to set for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take it out of the fridge to cut it into any shape or size you like, cover it again and put it back in the fridge to set completely for another 30 minutes. Enjoy.
Note:
To make powdered sugar, take 1 1/2 Cups white sugar or raw sugar and grind in a grinder. Take the required amount of powdered sugar in a dish and any left over powdered sugar can be kept in a sealed container to retain its freshness.
