50 FISH IN 4 HOURS!!!! 4 species of salmon (silver, red, pink, chum) trophy rainbow trout and Dolly Varden (char) all in one trip. Me, My father and two oldest sons took a 4 hours fishing charter out of Talkeetna Alaska with Phantom River Charters and we had a ball. Then we took a BUNCH of silver salmon fillets home and smoked fish with a home made smoker. This is one of my favorite salmon recipes.
