We're not sure how this even happened, but we had the HONOR of interviewing this incredible GEM of a human, AJ McLean (also a Backstreet Boy, in case you're wondering), as well as his longtime friend and business partner, Josh Naranjo.

We chatted about their awesome nail polish line, Ava Dean Beauty and some of the lessons they've learned from building a brand five years in the making!
