Learn how to use the Billetto app to scan tickets and check guests in on iOS and Android phones.

0:16 Organiser View. Use the smiley face to open your Billetto profile and select "Switch to Organiser" at the bottom.

0:27 Event List. Get a quick overview of your current, draft, and cancelled events.

0:32 Scanning Tickets. Pick an event from to access the ticket sales overview and find the "Scan Tickets" button.

0:46 Adding a Terminal. Type in a terminal name for your device to distinguish between multiple devices used for scanning tickets.

1:03 Guest List Check-in. Check guests in manually by finding their name on the guest list, tapping their tickets, and choosing "Scan in."

1:12 Scanning Printed Tickets. Printed tickets can be scanned by simply hovering the phone camera over the barcode and QR code.

1:20 Scanning Mobile Tickets. Tickets stored in the Billetto app can similarly be scanned using your phone's camera.

1:25 Check-in Status. You can always see how many tickets have been scanned in, how many guests have checked in, and how many more to expect.
