This workout is a mash-up of three, 30-minute, low impact workouts to give you a total of 10,000 steps. The progress bar on top is for the entire 90 minute workout. The progress bar on the right side is for each 30 minute workout.

Note: The number of steps can vary from person to person. It all depends on how fast you go!
