Janine Miller shares her personal experience of living in apartheid South Africa and explores how we can all contribute towards a positive outcome when cultures come together. (Note: Apartheid in South Africa was from 1948 to 1994, not 1948 to 1944 as nervously stated in the video.)

Janine is a UK-qualified psychotherapist originally from the South Africa with prior experience in corporate communications. Understanding her inner world, developing self-care behaviors and learning to tune into her own needs has been an essential part of her own personal transformation. She works as an Integration coach for international clients in Skåne, Sweden.
