Hey guys, today we came back to Dirt N' Iron roots and ride 10 years of Honda crf250r with some nice upgrades and 270 big bore kit. This bike felt amazing, check it out and let me know what you think, cheers!
Jay Clark has owned this 2010 since late 2009. We have lost count on how many hours are on this bike but safe to say well over 300. It has able been ridden by over 20 guys on different loans. It has proven very reliable over the years and was do for yet another rebuild so we went at it the best we could.

The cylinder head was ported by Jays good fried Brad Meizner years ago and has held up well. We rebuilt it completely with the Hot Rods bottom end kit that has all of the parts you need.

Big power increase with the Cylinder Works Big Bore kit. Kit has the Cylinder, Vertex Piston and gaskets included.

New Hot Cams Stage 2 cams provide more mid to top end power to help even out that Cylinder Works Big bores bottom end improvement.
Hot Cams also has the cam chain to freshen up that is important part of any motor rebuild.

All-Balls Racing has new cables and Brake rebuilds that are great for any older bike rebuild.

Pivot Works has the bearings and seals covered with the Linkage and Steering stem being the main wear items.

A very trick $3000 gas tank for the FC Race Team that they cant use any longer helps Jay pound out longer motos.

Jamie at Twisted Mapped the engine to help run perfect feel as good as a new bike. Factory Connection worked their Honda Magic on these great Showa Spring Forks.
