Reef View Hotel on Hamilton Island

This is the ocean view motel just 19 stories high, but we stayed on the 16th floor. They have a minibus that picks you up from the airport and takes you and your luggage to the hotel. I was impressed by the size of the building. The staff are there to welcome you and show you where to go and carry luggage for you.
We felt like we were long lost friends and turn up in a very strange place and they were very helpful and very welcoming. After being given our room and electronic key we went over to the lifts. The lifts had glass-walled so you could see the bay and the other islands. It was a very grand view.
We got to the room, we found that they had thought of everything, the bed was comfortable, we had a fridge and could make tea, coffee, as we wanted. The bed was made for us every day and the bathroom is cleaned each day as well. We love the way the staff were so helpful and caring.
There were golf buggies that we could hire but we decided to take the bus that came every 10 minutes to get us around the island.
