মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধের মামলায় আপিলের রায়ে খালাসের পর মুক্তি পেলেন জামায়াত নেতা এটিএম আজহারুল ইসলাম। হাসপাতালের প্রিজন সেল থেকে মুক্তির পর বেরিয়ে তিনি বলেছেন, বিচারের নামে জুডিশিয়াল কিলিংয়ে জড়িতদের সবার বিচার করতে হবে। তার মুক্তি ঘিরে রাজধানীর শাহবাগে জড়ো হন জামায়াতের অসংখ্য নেতাকর্মী।

Jamaat leader ATM Azharul Islam was released after being acquitted on appeal in a crime against humanity case. After being released from the hospital prison cell, he said that all those involved in judicial killings in the name of justice must be tried. A gathering gathered at Shahbagh in the capital to celebrate his release
