MISSION PLAN:

I like sniping and for years I've wanted to make proper use of the barge in this level, that's why I got obsessed with completing the contract this way, but the run is heavily luck-based. Whether the first guard will go check out the car alarm close enough to be blown up is random, although I noticed he did it more consistently when I shot just slightly above the rear wheel. Whether Max Decker will take cover in an area where his body will not be found is VERY random and the body of the target inside the palace can also be randomly spotted at times, although the chances of that can be mitigated somewhat by shooting the door open and then later luring him inside the room with another shot.

I originally wanted to lure Max Decker's body guard to come running my way so that I could shoot the electrical extension in the puddle and kill him with an electrocution, but I absolutely can't see where to shoot past all the tree leaves in HITMAN 3. Modern graphics ruining games again, huh.

You cannot use the Leviathan sniper rifle, or the duck variant for that matter, to do this. I think any sniper rifle with penetration is out of the question and I suspect subsonic might be a requirement, as is having patience.
