Briefing:
After the devastating events in Washington D.C., the Soviets thought that we are demoralized with the loss of our Ministry of Defense. However, they have underestimated our will to fight back and it's time we show them what we're made of. The Latin Confederation has recently joined in the war with the Soviets against us, launching invasions in the western and southern parts of our country. The Latins have deployed a ConYard on the Eastern Floridian Coast which poses a threat to our navy in the area.

We need to act fast, we've called a fleet nearby to assist us in holding off against the Soviets. While we have not yet detected Russian presence, we cannot afford to let our guard down. The admiral overseeing of this base was killed in action, command falls to you, Captain. Best of luck.
