董事長樂團 perform their song "你袂了解" live @ 台灣祭 (Taiwan Music Festival) in Kenting (Taiwan) on April 03, 2021.

董事長樂團 has been a mainstay of the Taiwan music scene for over 30(!) years.
Originally founded in 1989 as simply "1989", the band settled in 1997 on the new moniker 董事長樂團 and the English name THE CHAIRMAN. Since then their pop rock songs, sung mostly in the Hokkien (Taiwanese) dialect, have lost none of their luster and are still very popular in Taiwan today.
The English name of the song in this video is "Do You Understand".

THE CHAIRMAN performed on the second day of the two-day
TAIWAN MUSIC FESTIVAL 2021 (台灣祭), which is the designated successor to Taiwan's now discontinued SPRING SCREAM Music Festival.
Almost four dozen bands from all over Taiwan performed at the event held on April 02 and April 03, 2021 in the southern town of Kenting.
