So I thought I'd (finally) have a go at doing the Eighth Doctor-War Doctor regeneration.
This was fun. Hair shrinking, beard growing. Tried to give the beard a bit of independent movement so as not to affect the shape of the chin. Hope that comes across, despite some wispy beginnings.

Frames created using Morpheus, then layered in Photoshop.
